About us

  • We bake sourdough bread using local grains and 
10 years of expertise. Ootelie is a traditional, artisan bakery and a space for exploration. We choose the finest local ingredients available, collaborate with passionate producers and farmers, and build a community of like-minded individuals.
  • Alongside our production process, we conduct fieldwork, historical research, and numerous experiments to continuously improve our breads. 
We aim to discover new and unfamiliar ingredients 
in our country, revive the culture of bread in Armenia, and modernize Armenian bread varieties. We believe the future of bread lies in its past.
